INGREDIENTS:
1. Fruits. (You can use any of your favourite fruits)
2. Nuts. (I use almond, macadamia and cashew as my favourite)
INSTRUCTION:
1. Wash all the fruits untill clean.
2. Cut the fruits into your favourite shapes.
3. Mix the fruits and nuts into a bowl.
4. Your Crunchy Fruit Salad are ready to served.
I use mango, strawberry, kiwi, grape, apple and orange fruits.
Macadamia are rich in many important B-complex vitamins that are vital for metabolic functions while almond are an excellent source of vitamin E and cashew is one of energy rich nuts.
